2. Description of Service

gymbro.you provides AI-generated fitness and nutrition information, including training guidance, meal photo analysis and chat-based coaching. The service is for educational and informational purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. By signing in, you confirm that you are of legal age and capable of entering into a binding agreement.

4. Accounts

You may sign in using Google or Apple authentication. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your account credentials.

5. Subscriptions, billing and refunds

We offer a free plan and paid Premium plans. Premium subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time via the billing portal on your account page; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

The 6-month plan is a one-time payment and does not auto-renew. Because the service is digital and usage is measured immediately, refunds are not guaranteed. Contact us if you believe you were billed in error.

6. User content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, including chat messages and meal photos. You grant us a licence to use that content solely to operate, improve and secure the service.

7. Prohibited use

You may not:

• Use the service to obtain medical advice for serious conditions.
• Abuse, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer or interfere with the service.
• Share your account or credentials with others.
• Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.

8. Medical disclaimer

gymbro.you is not a medical professional. The information provided is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, dietitian, physiotherapist or other qualified professional. Always consult a professional before starting a new exercise or diet programme, especially if you have a medical condition or injury.

9. Intellectual property

All branding, software, designs and content belonging to gymbro.you are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, gymbro.you is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the service or reliance on any AI-generated content. You use the service at your own risk.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or abuse the service. You may delete your account and data at any time from your account page.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
